I have read Viktor Frankl book  "Man’s Search for Meaning". It's required reading for learning psychology. But it's long, and for me, quite tedious reading. Then I came across a Youtube video that is, I feel, the simplest and easiest to understand explainer for the concepts in the book. The wonders of the modern age.
